game says the latest version of lspdfr (0.4.9...............) is avaliable to download when ive installed the lasted lspdfr (manual installation) and replaced the pdb and dll files in my plugins

I would recommend you do a full reinstall of LPSDFR and not just the pdb and dll 
According to your log you are running/previously had a very old version of LSPDFR installed so it would be best to make sure you have all the changes that have been made since you first installed LSPDFR 

is there a way for you to copy and send me your lspdfr pdb and dll so i can see if that works, everytime i install lspdfr and copy the 1000 plus files and paste it in my depository the same message pops up

No that is not allowed 
What I would try is deleting the old files before you add the new ones

update: same crash my last effort will be trying automatic installation instead of manual
