OpenIV not letting me change import/change textures

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue at the moment?

 

OpenIV says that the file will not be imported when I try to replace or import a new livery/texture for a vehicle. But this is for every vehicle. Majority of the vehicles or TheHurks.

 

Could contain: text, screenshot, software, multimedia software, computer icon, web page, display, website, graphics software

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
