The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That’s not a solution, just a diagnostic step. Let’s slow slow with the celebrations for a bit 😆. 
 

If renaming mods to _mods worked, revert any recent changes made to your mods folder. If you can’t remember what you changed lately, you’ll have to redo your mods folder. Pay attention to what you install and make sure it all properly works before installing more and more.
