Quite a few things to do here:

  1. Start Rage and click on the cog icon ⚙️ to access the RPH settings. Set the displayed number to 60000 instead of 10000.
  2. You're missing irrKlang.NET4 which comes with this plugin.
  3. You're missing LiteConfig which comes with this plugin.
  4. You can install an update for:
    1. ImmersiveAmbientEvents
    2. MCCallouts
    3. Super Callouts
    4. Super Events
    5. XScanner
  5. For a smoother experience I'd recommend the removal of:
    1. AirportCallouts
    2. ALPR+
    3. secondcallout
    4. HighWayCallouts
    5. More Robberies
    6. Police Smart Radio
    7. Traffic Policer
    8. Wilderness Callouts
