Can't upload new file again

Featured Replies

I have had this issue before, and now it's happening again. I've been trying for over an hour to upload a new version for an EUP pack, yet every time I add the new file, and do everything else needed the page just reloads removing everything I had just done with nothing changed. No message pops-up saying there was an error or anything. Any soultion to this would be great.

Hello, I can't see anything in our logs from your account, so it's likely this error is happening on the browser side.

Try clearing browser caches and try again. Also check for any errors which may be preventing your submission (they can be subtle and only shown next to the fields). I'm seeing a lot of successful uploads and file updates in the past 24 hours, so this doesn't look to be an issue affecting sidewide.

I've cleared cashes on my Browers and I've been tried using a different browser, yet the same issue. I've double checked everything to make sure all the requirements are filled out. Any other suggestions?

Turns out it was my anitvirus software blocking certain things on this website. Turning off its web protection seem to fix the issue.

Just as a side note, you can add exceptions to the web protection. Turning it off is kinda risky, but also not the worst as long as you don't go to any risky sites. Just wanted to give you options instead of just blanket turning it off.
