And so I have a problem installing microsoft visual c++ 2010 sp1 redistributable package x64 - troubleshooter wants me to install it and I installed it, but troubleshooter still writes that it needs to be installed, but I already have it and because of this, my plugins do not work, this is the only reason I even reinstalled Windows, it didn't help either. What should I do?

Did you install both x86 and x64 versions of 2010 Visual C++? I also recommend uploading your RPH log which would help pinpoint what is causing your game to crash.

It’s not necessary to install the x86 version unless you are using a 32 bit processor

 

I wouldn’t care about the message unless your game works. Ragepluginhook will moan anyways when it’s not installed.

Perhaps not for GTA 5, but back in the days of GTA 4, if you didn't install the x86 version of Visual C++ 2010, the game would give you errors such as the infamous SecuLauncher bug. It doesn't hurt to try installing it anyway.
