I downloaded one mod for cars, at first RagePluginHook did not crash, I solved this problem, but after all this now LSPD First Response crashes

Attach your latest RagePluginHook.log. It’s found in your main directory and hasn’t got any numbers in the file name.

I don't quite get your issue. Is your station not appearing on the map when LSPDFR is loaded or did you install a station model to your mods folder that isn't working correctly?

She's not working properly + I don't have the SAHP section and some of her clothes because they're broken

That still doesn't quite answer my question. 
If there's an issue with EUP configurations I'd reinstall the LSPDFR data files (lowercase lspdfr folder).

reinstall? won't my character data be deleted?

If you make a backup of your char files before you can just put them back.

I deleted the mods folder and also deleted the lspdfr folder, reinstalled lspdfr, restored all the data, will re-download mods for the car and the interior

I completely reinstalled everything, everything works!!!!
