The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You can edit your character in the character creation editor. Simply press ESC, go to the LSPDFR tab and select switch character. Once loaded pull have the option to press „use“ or use the arrows to navigate to „edit“.

    in the character editor there are no eyes that are in the barbershop, as well as some other parameters

    If LSPDFR disables the hair stylist (which I’m not certain it does), you’re stuck with the character editor. You could install a trainer or skin control which would allow to to further edit your facial features. If you’re using EUP, maybe that has an option to edit your desired options in the F11 menu.
