The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You should consider updating your GTA V and RPH/LSPDFR. The issue itself is occurring because you’re using an outdated version of RageNativeUI. Grab the latest here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases.

Drop the .dll into your main GTA V directory.

No. Either update GTA and LSPDFR or don’t update GTA and don’t update LSPDFR.
