This appears to be texture loss as a result of either missing important files, or installing something into your folders you weren't supposed to install.

 

Head over to the GTA 5 Directory, Look for GTA 5.exe delete go to your launcher, verify your files. this should force an update into your GTA5 Build

 

Epic Directory: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV

Steam Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V

Rockstar Games: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V

 

If you require further assistance let me know, if your issue is solved mark it as resolved

i have the same problem some mod about realistic street name but i dont remerber how i installed it and where.

@Nikodem2934If you installed a graphics mod and you are getting texture loss, confirm its the graphics mod by renaming mods to _mods and try again.
