Hello, Navigate to your GTA V main directory. This is typically located at one of the following paths depending on your launcher: Epic Games: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V Once inside the GTA V folder, find the file named GTAV.exe (make sure it's not GTAVLauncher.exe or GTAV_BE.exe). Delete GTAV.exe. Don’t worry—this file will be restored in the next step. Open your game launcher (Epic Games, Steam, etc.). Locate GTA V in your game library: On Steam: Right-click on Grand Theft Auto V > click Properties > go to the Installed Files tab > click Verify integrity of game files. On Epic Games: Click the three dots next to Grand Theft Auto V > click Manage > then click Verify. Hello, It appears you need to update the following Plugins: 505Callouts, BasicCallouts, UrbanCallouts, VarietyCallouts, DamageTrackingFramework Including it appears JMCalloutsRemastered threw an error. Including with that note, it appears you reloaded lspdfr without restarting the game. which can also cause issues.

Hey, Looks like a few things are going wrong here: You're missing HWYCallouts.xml, which is required for one of your plugins. Reinstall the HWYCallouts plugin and make sure all files are placed correctly. You're also missing OhPluginEssentials, which is required for some plugins to run properly. These plugins are throwing errors: CombatEnhanced, ELSSirenExtender, AttemptedCrimeCallouts, CountyCallouts, GrammarPolice. One or more of them could be causing the crash, especially if they're outdated or missing dependencies. For GrammarPolice, the speech recognition error means you need to check the Language.txt in its documentation folder and follow the setup steps. I cant seem to find the issue behind this, I keep having a weird audio bug where i cant hear Grammar Police on the Clicks, ELS, etc. everything else works fine tho. Hey there! @DrDonut It appears according to your log file, youre getitng the System Access Violation error, this happens whenever you have faulty mods installed, Please rename your mods folder to _mods & retry. If this diagnostic step works, something in your mods folder is preventing LSPDFR from loading correctly. Please revert the recent changes you made. Including any possible mods you installed, that may of caused issues. Also! If you go to GTA 5, find the GTAV.exe > delete it > go to your launcher > Verify Files, this should fix the issue. Hello, This appears to be texture loss as a result of either missing important files, or installing something into your folders you weren't supposed to install. Head over to the GTA 5 Directory, Look for GTA 5.exe delete go to your launcher, verify your files. this should force an update into your GTA5 Build Epic Directory: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV Steam Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V Rockstar Games: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V If you require further assistance let me know, if your issue is solved mark it as resolved ~ Best Regards Taylor

Hey there @mrpizzaria! I recommend you install the following: packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster, custom gameconfig, Before that do the following: load GTAV story mode without RAGEPluginHook. If that works, load RAGEPluginHook. Otherwise, try each step & test GTAV story mode. Rename dinput8.dll to _dinput8.dll. If this works, one of your .asi files is at fault. Rename dinput8 back and remove all your .asi files. Gradually re-add them & load GTAV to determine which is at fault. Hey there! @Riley Fields, I recommend you please remove "PoliceLifeS", as it appears it's crashing your game. If you can, and ensure it works, then It's the plugin. Plugins that are out of date and are not updated for Recent LSPDFR Versions aren't supported, and cause unstable gameplay / crashes. If you can, I can assist you further Including with this; Ensure dinput8.dll is in the GTA 5 Root Folder, without it ELS will not load. Hey there, @VenoREAL You may want to Update RageNativeUI, and Put RageNativeUI.dll and RageNativeUI.xml into your root GTA 5 folder. Rage Native: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/tag/1.9.2 Including, remove CalloutManager, and LeroyCallouts, and see if it fixes. ( I recommend using callout interface, and pressing the F8 key, and it allows you to launch callouts) Hope this works! ~ Taylor
