Could someone please make an ELS CVPI with this lightbar:

The car that picture came from also has red and blue lights on the side view mirrors and and on the bull bars. The lightbar is blue all around except the white lights.

 

I am not skilled enough with Zmodeler to make it and would really appreciate it if someone could.
