The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Work in Progress.
This is a Preview in Console Mode. The LSPDFR Mode is currently not working due to an Issue with Wisper STT.

Planed features:
- Natural voice
- Radio voice effect
- More Callable LSPDFR Functions used by the AI

Disclaimer: This Mod requires you to have an OpenAI API Key.  The interactions with the ChatGPT model are not free but are not expensive at all either.

    i chose to use only for the LLM (ChatAI) to go with a paid version. The TextToSpeech and  SpeechToText will run locally on the PC. I decided so because locally running LLM are still behaving kinda dumb and executing the Function not or not Correctly.

     

    i am still not happy with the SpeechToText and TextToSpeech Models seems to be insanely big (i dont know really since most models use python and i never really used python. i tried one model and it took me over half an hour to install it as well as maybe installing python which is not really convenient).

     

    i may be deciding on offering both an free TextToSpeech and paid version wich uses an Internet connection.

     

    The Cost for the license (OpenAI API key) is fairly low. I use it a lot while testing and for 2 days and my billing page shows me 0,70$ for using Speech-To-Text, LLM and Text-To-Speech wich i think is acceptable.

    It works without problems but i wanted to release it when

    • Both offline and online speech-to-text works. (so people have the choice to pay less for the API)
      Currently only one can work due to an version difference of System.Memory class
    • I added an radio effect to the dispatch voice.
      I did not found a library which does this. (except for NAudio but its well not documented)
