You could run, but expect very low graphics, and probabily crashing, bugs (because of RAM).etc.

no. its not worth it.

1. that computer is Great for it's price considering the model on it, if you wana play LCPDFR At this time and don't have alot of money for a fresh new computer, i would suggest this one

 

 2. You might have to upgrade you're Graphics Card If you plan on playing without lag/Crash.

 

3. You don't wanna run on low graphics it will look horrible, A Graphics card is usually around $50-$150

celeron d and no ram  (nope) get yourself a older quad core amd with at least ddr3 ram if u are goin cheap

65$ is for that laptop or old PC :DDD

 

Buy something for the future, a nice PC is around 400 bucks, and you can run most of modern things on it.
