The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

mods folder makes lspdfr crash

I've recently downloaded NVE along with the parallax roads and brighter emergency light addons and whenever i load into rage plugin hook it says " lspd first response has crashed"
and i initially thought it was NVE's problem but turns out deleting the mods folder fixes it and the only mod in it is NVE but im still going to download more so i kinda need the mods folder

 

ive tried almost every fix i could find i downloaded heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster but they dont work

could someone please help?
