can you guys direct me to any decent lit up GSP chargers and or Crown Vics? I have looked all over and can't find any standard grey and silver georgia state patrol cars. I have found videos referencing this site like this one.. but no downloads. thanks     

Unfortunately, you will need to learn how to edit skins and light patterns to get cars set up the way you want them to. However, I am pretty sure these will be the closest ones to what you want:

You can find almost anything there and some of them have videos. It is very easy once you get the hang of it

I actually released an entire Georgia State Patrol Pack over at GPM. The skins in that video are my first version, this pack now features accurate lettering. You'll find GSP and MCCD Charger and CVPI skins along with the new Georgia Tag. I may be releasing a update/additional skins along with a charger I put together that features the Heavy Duty Go Rhino Pushbar which GSP runs in a few days--maybe. Link Below.

Unfortunately, the cvpi I linked to and the one you made a skin for are different base models. For the skin to work, one of you would need to convert it to a dsf template.
