ever since i downloaded Policing tolls i've been getting this non stop i've clear my ram i've restarted my system and to no sucess any help would be awesome

Well, Whenever a crash says "Please restart (Computer, Game ETC)" most likley thats NOT gonna fix it....Seems you are out of memory.

 

Whats your RAM?:

 

Try Un-installing the mod that caused this, If it stops happening then its the mod. You could have too many.

 

 

Make a notepad/txt file in your gta directory called commandline.txt and in it place 

 

 

-availablevidmem 1.1

-percentvidmem 100

 

 

Pretty sure that tries to dish out any extra memory from your RAM. (availableblevidmem you can change the value up to 2.0 depending on how much you want to take out extra of your memory to run on this game) I suggest about 1,1 - 1.7 at highest or if you want about 1.9 or 2.0...

 

 

If none of that works and un-installing the mod seems to work then just keep it uninstalled....Or re-install GTA. But try the other solutions first^

Yeah the massive frame drop is something you get with that, And sometimes in general. Thats just GTA being gta. I get that too. Well at least your memory problem is fixed.

i just removed all of it and i don't get the out of memory message anymore.

Same before policing tool. I was fine and now I can't fix the stupid frame drop.

 

 

 

Download something called "Game booster" It disables un-needed processes (Ex. Windows Update).

 

 

Works for me for any game (Adds about an extra 5-10FPS boost. Worth a shot)

what game settings are you running at?

 

and try making the size a little smaller

i run lowest everything but reflect witch i run at low and sizeee is 18:9
