The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so my game was working fine after the update and then all of a sudden it starting crashing everytime i launch or everytime i select go on duty sometimes ill be like YEAH it worked and then NOPE CRASH CRASH CRASH wtf PLEASE HELP.
