I am new to pc and modding so please forgive me im having a lot of trouble downloading els I have downloaded scripthookv I have dragged and dropped a million times and still I don’t see els popping up in my plugins the only way I can download mods is lml can someone please help me 

I also wanna say I added else to my game files and now my game won’t load just crashes and freezes my pc so ima delete the game and start ona Fresh slate 

First of all, ELS is not a mod that’ll pop up in your plugins.
After you downloaded it, follow the instructions and make sure the files are in your main directory. Go back to the ELS download and get the updated advancedhookv and place it in your main directory as well. 
 

Also, the latest version of SHV is needed in order for ELS to work.

 

Once you ensured the above, please tell me how it went and if you’re still crashing.
