The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have been trying to get the this to work for about three hours now, I'm not sure how to fix this issue! Added to antivirus also run in administrator. Restarting PC doesn't help and 99 percent of the time it doesn't create a log for it. I've freshly installed all the mods today as I have not played in a couple of years! Had a similar issue last time from what I can recall but can't remember the fix. 

The game will launch but the plugin will not! Pasting the only log that saved below. Thanks all!
