My game has crashed on startup right as I hit "Start Story Mode with RPH"

 

It gets to "Velocity Limit Removed" then closes out completely. 

 

I've changed the name to my mods folder and it starts up, but I've gone through all of my mods and have started the game with and without them and nothing changes.

Again, I've ran the game with and without certain mods within my mods folder on Open IV, nothing has really changed.

 

Tried startup without EUP folder because I just added some clothes (which started just fine beforehand) I've removed every car that I've added, too.

 

To add to this, starting GTA V normally, without RPH, also causes a crash at the menu.

 

I feel like it is an XML issue.

I have both installed

 

I've got multiple EUP clothing, cars, add-ons, and map changes (not anything crazy just GTA V enhanced and forestry)

Rename mods to _mods. If that works, change it back to mods and do the following:

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster listed above.
2. If that does not work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
