I have both installed I've got multiple EUP clothing, cars, add-ons, and map changes (not anything crazy just GTA V enhanced and forestry) thanks for the suggestion though, i greatly appreciate it 🙂

Again, I've ran the game with and without certain mods within my mods folder on Open IV, nothing has really changed. Tried startup without EUP folder because I just added some clothes (which started just fine beforehand) I've removed every car that I've added, too. To add to this, starting GTA V normally, without RPH, also causes a crash at the menu. I feel like it is an XML issue.

My game has crashed on startup right as I hit "Start Story Mode with RPH" It gets to "Velocity Limit Removed" then closes out completely. I've changed the name to my mods folder and it starts up, but I've gone through all of my mods and have started the game with and without them and nothing changes. Here is my crash log
