I can't load RagePluginhook. 

Launch normal GTA V. What happens?

Normal GTA V launches like normal and I am able to go into story mode

Launch into normal GTA V. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.

I've tried that many times and When I do that Rockstar Launcher renderers an error message saying GTA V is already running.

I had this uninstalling rockstar and reinstalling fixed it - however my game loaded once after that then never again
