The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Please do the following.

 

1 - If you have a Mods Folder in your Game Directory, please go to your Directory and rename the Folder to _Mods. This will temporarily disable your Mods Folder and can rule out any potential issues with it. Attempt to restart the Game and LSDPFR.

 

2 - Go to Steam and Verify the Integrity of your Game Cache. 

 

3 - If you have a Scripts Folder in your Game Directory, please navigate to it and also rename it to _Scripts. This will do the same thing as renaming the Mods Folder.

 

4 - Attempt running GTA V or RPH with elevated system privileges.
