First, you need to disable the BattlEye anti-cheat in the Rockstar Game Launcher. After that, reinstall LSPDFR if you already have it. Then, download the LSPDFR Manual. Once you've downloaded it, move the files from the archive to the game's root folder, replacing the existing ones.

Thank you for your help! Please tell me, will it be enough just to enter the "-nobattleeye " command in Steam? Or is it better to also create a file commandline.txt and specify additional parameters in it?

Either via the RPH Settings Menu or the CommandLine.txt file works.
