so in updated rage plugin hook i updated script hook v after the new gta update but now i get that error with insufficient something or bad antivirus, help?

i dont have that file
and yea i still have it, its like almost instant crash when i launch the game, i tried to run the game again and this time i could make it to the loading screen but after a while i heard that sound that rage plugin has crashed, nvm it works looks like
