why are there no files for lspdfr 0.3.1 in "better ems" and "vocal dispatch"? they seem to exist, but it is impossible to download them. what should I do? I never found what I was looking for. I've seen this in many plugins. there used to be versions for 0.3.1, but now for some reason they are not available. where can I download this? unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to update gta 5 or install a new lspdfr, due to outdated PC components

why cant you update gta 5? because of outdated pc components?

Unfortunately betterems & vocaldispatch only work for lspdfr 0.4 and above.

i have never seen someone who “can’t update due to outdated pc parts” there are people running Windows 8 here and are still playing LSPDFR 0.4

Ah, if everything works for someone, then it will work for me, right?!... Don't you like Windows 8.1, i3 4005u, gt 820m 2GB, 8GB? I will not have stable work with lspdfr 4.9 and a good build of plugins. I'm sure. they also added a bunch of stuff, it will kill my processor, and I'm not eager to play at 2 fps. I have version 0.3.1 with a good build of plugins, as well as "els", "eup", "radianceV" with an average speed of 15-35 FPS, how do you suggest playing on the new versions?

Well, why hardly? on a regular gta 5, at all high graphics settings, I get 50-60 fps. I just have a lot of plugins, and also a graphic mod. therefore, at 0.3.1 fps it drops to +-20-35 . I would love to download the new version of gta and lspdfr 0.4.9, but since I'm not sure if it's working, I'd rather leave it as it is, because I don't want to reinstall everything later.

That's correct, the development started with lspdfr 0.3.1, but was since updated to lspdfr 0.4.
There are no public 0.3.1 versions available.
