The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Tahoe skins are for Tahoe just like charger is for charger.   Also shared what files are supposed to look. I went into the ytd file and replaced with file provided and it isn’t working.

 Some vehicles can have a bit another templates and thats why your textures can be mess. You can try download vehicles that support template that you have (probably author of liveries put link to them in description or readme file) or try remake them for templates of cars that you use
