Game freezes when going on duty

Hi all, 

I don't know what happened. Last night I was playing normally and had not added anything new since then. Today it keep freezing when going on duty, either with Forceduty command, and directly from a police station. 

Here's the log. 

dunno what's going on. 

Any suggestion?
