If I download a uniform pack that includes various police uniforms, such as LAPD, NYPD, and other state or country police uniforms, and the pack allows me to change my uniform through an in-game menu, how can I ensure that NPC police officers also wear the same uniform as selected in the menu? Does the pack automatically change NPC uniforms, or is there a different method required to sync NPC uniforms with the player’s uniform choice?

    If you use UltimateBackup and EUP, you can change what uniforms NPC's use by editing the DefaultRegions.xml and use an EUP2UB (found in bejoljo's discord) converter to convert the EUP uniforms into a recognisable uniform for the npc's. You can also just search on youtube How to convert EUP uniforms to Backup
