The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello @Joemar2009,

 

Means that the mods folder leads to a crash.

So something is “wrong” here.

  • Is your mods folder (i.e. update and x64) up-to-date?
  • Have you deactivated any added addons and tried whether the game starts again?
  • Have you undone the last changes you made in the mods folder?
  • Maybe it's because of recently added vehicles.

The “easiest” and cleanest option is of course to recreate your mods folder.
