let's try temporarily deactivating your mods folder and see if the story mode starts again.
Please rename the mods folder in your main directory to “_mods”.
If GTA 5 then starts again, you should try to undo your last changes in the mods folder.
This will allow you to isolate and find the error step by step.

The last action that was recorded in the RagePluginHook.log was an event from TAGsCallouts.
The “StolenVehicle” callout was executed at this time.
Log:
 
 
This callout plugin was last updated on July 25, 2023 and is probably not compatible with the current LSPDFR version.
 
Delete the files from TAGsCallouts and see if the game crashes again.

You can try this:
 
Go in your Settings of RagePluginHook (start RPH -> click after start on the gear)
then the settings will open
 

 
on the first page you finde the option "plugin timeout threshold"
set this value on "30000"
then click on "Save & Restart"
 
 
AND
 
 
Delete your cop-character:
Go in "Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\chars\"  and deletes all files except for the files which have "default" in their name!
So only the files where the names of your characters are.

Your LSPDFR crashed when a TrafficCallouts deployment was created.
By the fact that the plugin is also only in beta, I would also like to point out that such errors in the development and initial release of a "fresh" script may well occur.
The reported error indicates either a vehicle model that was not installed correctly or is corrupt or the plugin is faulty. - In my opinion, the error has nothing to do with LSPDFR itself.
 
 
The easiest way is of course to uninstall the plugin...
Or you report the "incident" to the developer of TrafficCallouts.
I think for the later development of the plugin the hint will certainly not be bad.
But this decision is up to you.

Go in "GTA 5 \ plugins \ LSPDFR \ UltimateBackup \ DefaultRegions.xml" and open the File with an Editor.
Search after "SPEEDO" and Replace all SPEEDO with "POLSPEEDO"
 
The Coroner Unit is between line 1657 and 1702.

for Chill Callouts you need "Traffic Policer, Version=6.16.0.0". 
You can click here to Download Traffic Policer > 
 
BUT
 
Traffic Policer is out of date and is very buggy.. so I would recommend you
to uninstall Chill Callouts ^^

1) Did you include the RageNativeUI.dll in your GTA 5 main directory?
2) Did you include the EUPMenu.dll in the right folder? ~ "Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\"
3) Did you enabled the EUPMenu in the RagePluginHook-Launcher (Settings)

*You should have specified there that either all plugins have a checkmark or select the option that all plugins should be loaded.

Okay. Do you know where you installed the "wrong" ambulance? If so, please delete it from there.
 
THEN:
 
Copy only the fils IN the "stream" folder of your download
Go into OpenIV and go to -> mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
then paste the copied files in there.
 
now in openiv (in the vehicle.rpf) should be ambulance.yft, ambulance.ytd, ambulance_hi.yft.
 
 
Then you can restart you LSPDFR.
(But please don't forget to rename the mods folder back to "mods".)

Those are LSPDFR scenarios, but we can add an option to disable any custom spawn in the Police Station.

Can we, in a future update, have the option to, or completely remove the ambient events that take place in the downtown station. Along with some s_m_y_cops that will spawn, there is an scenario that takes place with those cops as well called ScenarioPoliceInteriorDrunkPed #2. 

Or, if anyone would know how to disable these events would be great information to share. Added the setting to disable ambient events at the station in lspdfr.ini does not effect these ambient events, so I assume they are GTA ambient events. Thanks for your time.
