Slow Download Speed

When I download packs from lcpdfr it just takes 520kbps but it shows that Your download speed is: 100 Mbit

I think I have similar download speed with default download of chrome.

With USA server Download speed around 260KB/s

I have a 150mbps (18MBps) internet plan then and I am getting 500kbps speed in download why?

download speed from US (E/W) server - 200kbps to 300kbps 
download speed from Frace server- 500kbps

There's no specific issues on our end, most of our benchmarks are showing expected speeds.

This could be a capacity issue between your ISP and our providers. There's not much we can do about that, other than potentially expand a server closer to your region in future, but this isn't planned in the immediate future.

In the meantime, try downloading during non-peak internet usage hours, and see if that helps. You could also try using a VPN.

vpn thing works thanks now getting full speed
