When I download packs from lcpdfr it just takes 520kbps but it shows that Your download speed is: 100 Mbit

Our download servers don't really support download managers; using one might make your experience worse.

 

However, you can also try changing the download server (click "Click here to try another method") and try one of the US servers.

even if I download packs with Chrome download manager in Frace server it is 500kbps and in us is 200kbps

It is because I live in India.....

I think I have similar download speed with default download of chrome.

With USA server Download speed around 260KB/s


With France server, Its around 310-350 KB/s

I have a 150mbps (18MBps) internet plan then and I am getting 500kbps speed in download why?

download speed from US (E/W) server - 200kbps to 300kbps 
download speed from Frace server- 500kbps

There's no specific issues on our end, most of our benchmarks are showing expected speeds.

This could be a capacity issue between your ISP and our providers. There's not much we can do about that, other than potentially expand a server closer to your region in future, but this isn't planned in the immediate future.

In the meantime, try downloading during non-peak internet usage hours, and see if that helps. You could also try using a VPN.
