So I've tried to install LSPDFR three times now.

 

The first try was when I had just reinstalled the game, so I definitely had a clean game. I followed a tutorial and chose the setup download and not the manual one, and all went fine until I went to load the game up and it showed this: https://ibb.co/19kVmDY 

 

The second time, I verified the files and checked the GTAV folder to make sure I had no mods, which I didn't seem to have done, and it came up with the same thing (and I used the same download).

 

The third time I used a manual download and also followed a tutorial to do the manual download, it still showed the same message.

 

I have done a bunch of looking around, and the only explanation is that either my wifi isn't working, which I checked, or that the game services are down, which is also not true because each time I checked the servers, they have always been up. Do any of you know how this can be fixed or what I am doing wrong????

Start GTA V normally, once you're in story mode and the game is playable, start RPH.

What is RPH and how do i start it
