Skins for Original Police Cars?

I am looking for either skins or a template for the original police patrol and police cruisers. Currently, I am looking for LAPD, Chicago, or NJ State Police skins, but any others would work just to mix things up. Because my computer is only so-so, I only mod the Noose and FBI slots, but it sucks when those two are LAPD and every other car is NYPD. 

 

I have been trying to search Google and on here for this, but I don't exactly know what search term to use. "GTA IV Police Patrol Skin" doesn't yield the desired result.

    If you want them to have full LAPD skins you'll need UV-mapped ones which will be slightly higher in file size than the originals but still relatively low. Look for vehicles by Lt. Caine on the GTA Police Mods forum. You might also be interested in some default vehicle conversions by myself or ITO
