Installation

Copy all folders in Download over to gta 4 main directory. If you are using els there are going to be 2 visualsetting files. You must add ENB to the ENB's visualsetting file. It should look like visualsettingsENB.dat. Keep the els's visualsetting file the same.

(The Download already includes backup folders.)

When I first used neolux enb, it was so dark in the night I couldn't see at all. Also I dropped around 10 fps. Its not that I hate neolux enb/ game4videos enb it just doesn't work well with some computers.

Yep! Not really bright but not do dull.
