As stated in the title, after I installed the mod German Federal EUP the game starts crashing with the error code EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION with no plugins loaded. Does anybody have experience with this mod? Thanks in advance

The log you attached didn’t show any crash. Please upload the one from inside your main directory called RagePluginHook.log without any numbers.

Hm that log has no crash either. Try forcing the crash and send a new log.

There is still no crash in the log but when I generated the crash report I copied the error, unfortunately I can only paste them here because opening them with firefox does not work for whatever reason.

The crash report is useless. Try starting your game without rage and see if that does anything 

It still crashes when I try to start it normally

Do you have a mods folder? Try to rename it to _mods and try again.

I deleted the mods folder and installed everything again, it works so far, the only problem I still have is that npc's wear random hats etc

 

Random EUP clothing? Perhaps you forgot to install config files for peds.
