The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey, if anyone could assist me my RPH is reading "Steam failed to initialize"; furthermore, I had tried launching standard GTA, then loading RPH before clicking story, and it does load, but when I type 'reloadallplugins' it seems to indefinitely freeze.

    If this is when your game crashes, provide your RagePluginHook.log, this is found in your main game directory. It seems as if the alternative launch method works for you.
