More than likely you are crashing because of something else. Ultimate Backup and LSPDFR themselves seemed to load up fine according to your log, but I don't see any crashes that would indicate the source of the issue. I would remove your plugins for LSPDFR and see if checking them one by one would fix your crashing issue. It is rather tedious, but there are no crashes that I can see from the log, checking your plugins one by one would ensure it's not caused by one of them.

If you want to change backup for LSPDFR, you can edit regions.xml. backup.xml inside of the custom folder will let you change which departments are set to the specific patrol areas. Ultimate Backup is more complicated to edit, but you will only need to edit custom regions and move the patrol zones to the desired agency.

As for backup driving like crazy, I have no idea. My modification does not change or alter driving, but I suggest trying out ClearTheWayV and ensuring the setting everyone ignore player is disabled in simple trainer. Sometimes if the setting everyone ignores player is enabled, it would break the NPCs by either stopping completely while driving or drive erratically.

 

This is helpful thanks for replying so quick! I figured your mod didn't affect the driving of the backup but was wondering if this was a common accident for others. Its probably not related to the mod thats just when I started noticing the issue most likely.

 

Yeah I removed the pistol and they went straight to tasers only. Its probably something with ultimate backup. They behave differently from my Swat/tactical backup wich only respond with long guns. HRT and SRT tend to respond like regular patrol officers with pistols mixed in. I will play with it some more. I thought of adding HRT SRT to swat and noose backup options and seeing if that changed anything. 

 

These are small details anyways, I Really enjoy the mod!

How can i make my ultimate backup units use lore addon vehicles such as SAHP, LSPD, LSSD, ect-
When i use ultimate backup to call for backup they just use the original cars provided by Gta5 and not the addons i installed. Like for FIB police - they dont spawn with the lore vehicle FIB Police addon i installed

Make sure you are changing SAHP, LSPD, LSSD etc in Custom Regions too since that xml file also has backup settings for those departments.

Could you explain this further to me please? So far i have not changed anything in "Default Regions"-"Custom Regions" and "Special Units" in case i mess anything up. I moved the contents from your mod from the destination ; Grand Theft Auto V - Plugins - LSPDFR- UltimateBackup which are the regions and Special Units into the designated spots in my proper Gta5 Directory

You can locate <VehicleSet> in the Ultimate Backup xml files, and change the vehicle spawn settings from there.

Hi I installed this but if I go on duty and my plugins start to load my game crash but i don´t have any thing to look because it close everything and then its back to my normal pc screen. Its ultimate backup but i don´t know what the crash caused.

Love the mod, and wanted to say thanks for making it.  Was wondering if there’s a tutorial somewhere about editing the UB regions. Trying to make it match my agency Eup xml but if I change it, for example Del Perro it crashes. I’ve tried only changing the customs regions file and the special units file with it. Either way I get a crash when UB loads. Any guidance appreciated TIA

You can change the jurisdiction within the custom regions xml file.

Can I see your ragepluginhook.log file? You can find it where the GTA 5 exe file is in your game directory.

No dog model spawns at all? Or are you referring to them not having tactical vests? Could you install the vests by martinct?

If you upload your rage plugin hook log maybe I could figure out why you do not have canines spawning in your game. In my experience, I never had an issue with the canine spawning as backup, so I do not have a solution for you, but I'll try to see based on your log.

The only issue I see is Stop The Ped having an issue loading PedAnswers.xml. Try reinstalling STP and see if that fixes the issue with Ultimate Backup. Other than that, I unfortunately do not see any other issues in your log.
