    What would be the step-by-step process for changing the regions, backup (lspdfr), and the agency_eup to make sure they are in sync/ no errors, if you are able to explain? Also, would I need to change custom regions in UB to match the regions?

    I am attempting to remove/rename agencies. I am also trying to create new custom regions in the UB XML. However, I kept running into errors. Everything I would load LSPDFR with the changes it would crash. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. ex. I tried making new regions, did not work.
