It seems like all of the calls are originating at Hematite and Columbus Ave near Grand Central Terminal. This happens no matter where I am on the map an no matter what the call is. It is always in that spot. Any ideas on why that is?

It's probally because your always to close to the area ,or a bug.

This (mostly) happens when the spawned ped:

Falls through the ground due to a bad spawn position or;

Your game couldn't spawn the ped or was unloaded out of memory before the script could read up the location.

A new version is due soon which has a different method for obtaining a position you can try updating to the new version. Alternatively, try reducing the call spawning to medium or close.

Will that help with peds spawning inside buildings? It happens a lot with the large group of shooters.
