LSPDFR Not loading into GTA5

GTA5 Loads normally, All my scripts work, But the Plugin LSPDFR doesn't work or load into game 

-Anti-Virus Off

-Lspdfr worked before

-I have no splash custom loading screen that show plugins loading in

-F4 Console doesn't Work at all, all other F keys work as for my trainers 'F3"

 

NEED HELP GETTING LSPDFR RUNNING AGAIN HELP!

Greetings, You cant load LSPDFR loading because you dont got the dll for it. As the Rage Log displays "FileNotFoundException". Could be that you removed it accidentally or it happend with your AV before you turned it off, anyways just reinstall LSPDFR and it should be fixed

I just did a fresh install of LSPDFR and Rage hook Latest. This is in my Plugins folder "Photo Below"

I doubt It'll help, but clear your commandline.txt file, not delete it, just clear everything from it. File could be found in main GTA V folder.
