I can load in the game just fine and it will load all of my plugins, but during this, it freezes for just a second then unfreezes, but then displays a message stating that LSPDFR.DLL has crashed.

It seems you have problems with "UnitedCallouts by sEbi3" , have you edited it recently ?

Try load without it if not.

There is quite a few things potentially wrong here:

1. Update: Kuchera Callouts and Super Callouts.

2. Plugins With Known Issues: Callout Manager, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Emergency Callouts, IG Callouts, Leroy Callouts, Traffic Callouts, Typical Callouts, United Callouts, Conversation System, and Expressive. Consider using these at your own risk as they may cause crashes.

3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.

4. You have a SpeechRecognitionEngine initialization fail for Grammar Police. Follow the steps in the Language.txt found in plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\documentation.
