Character keeps saying "Wow...Hold Up"

My character keeps saying "Wow Hold Up" when interacting with someone on the streets. Is there a way to turn that off completely.

Njea.. completely no, but the correct sentence and soundfile ought to be "Hello".

I think That is default greeting and you select it when you make your avatar. Now you need to change that greeting, in the default-M menu | Dialogue

You can change your character's voice via Simple Trainer, setting your character's voice to Ranger or Marine will get rid of the voice lines when stopping someone on foot.
