police 4 slot not working

Hello,

   I was changing some replace police vehicles in my game and I had a police 4 slot vehicle and it worked in game but i decided to change that vehicle and now when I put a vehicle in for that slot it doesn't show up in game. All of my car files are in patchday25. Can someone please help because I dont know what I did wrong.

    You have to edit "Agency.xml" found in GTA 5/LSPDFR/DATA.  

    look for:

     

    <Vehicle>police</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle>police2</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle>police3</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle>police4</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle>police6</Vehicle>
