When I click on RPH, it starts, but the configurator nor the settings pop up, I get a white window that says disclaimer and then it closes, can someone help?

    So if I click ragehook to start gta then that pops up if I go on gta with out rage it works but I cnt play lspdfr 

    It pops up disclaimer I didn't put any mods or anything to make it act up I did the update ..I have to go thro Rockstar launcher not steam I have the disk

    So retail. You can of cause not update your physical retail disk online..
    You ought to be able find a method on R* homepage where you can update the installed binary retail-game to current version, but how -idk

    I found the culpit ! It's a dxgi.dll file that comes with Reshade, it's in gta5 main folder. I deleted dxgi.dll and relaunch LSPDFR Configurator.exe and rage hook worked. After that i put the dxgi.dll in game folder again and rage hook still worked.
