So the game works but ragehook won't work

I updated everything ragehook just not working for me disclaimer keep popping up just wanna know why so I can fix it

Raragehook stuck on disclaimer

So if I click ragehook to start gta then that pops up if I go on gta with out rage it works but I cnt play lspdfr It pops up disclaimer I didn't put any mods or anything to make it act up I did the update ..I have to go thro Rockstar launcher not steam I have the disk

I see some ppl post about it but nothing rage not even starting up gta works but the rage not I can see log because it's not even starting up

Yea it say disclaimer does anyone know why?? Can't really find anything on it

Have a problem all my plugins load but ultimate backup and grammar police and radar and computer lite

i fixed it its the game config
