Does anyone know if there's a mod where ambulances will take a ped into the ambulance even if they can't save them on scene? I hate having the paramedics just drive off after failing CPR and having to call the coroner.

BetterEMS does not take deceased patients with them, you still need to call coroner.

 

So far I don't think such a mod exists for GTA 5. Only GTA 4 PoliceHelper's EMS had the ability to despawn the deceased patients.
