My game was working fine yesterday but when I was trying to boot up the game this morning, it crashed at the "loading population and world" thingy. Not sure if it is a mod of because of the new update. Currently using 3028.0 version of GTA V.

This is typically a mods folder issue, for that rename mods folder to _mods

 

we normally do not give support on outdated lspdfr versions, you’re a few versions behind

renamed it to "_mods" without quotations and yeat the issue still persists. This is the most recent crash log generated.

Do you use LML?

Not sure if your referring to "Lenny's Mod Loader" but if you are, no I do not use that mod

I recommend to wait for the patches on RPH + LSPDFR & upgrade to the latest gta version.

As the manual transmission mod is only compatible with updates before the 3095, I may not be able to change to newer versions of LSPDFR or RPH otherwise that mod may break or not work. So I am a bit stuck here.

Can you start gta on its own?

Does that mean I have to delete all my mods or is there a way to disable them?

 

first try to start gta on its own,

if its not working rename mods folder to _mods

if still not working disable all mods

I have tried to run gta on its own, failed when it began to load the world population and stuff, already renamed my mods folder to _mods, still didn't work. I have mainly installed plugins all related to LSPDFR and one police car mod. If following your steps of disabling the all mods, does that count as the plugins and LSPDFR aswell? And when you mean disable, do you mean delete? 

Delete or move your installed files, but it looks like you need to verify your game files.
Which means you have to upgrade to the newest gta version

I’ve moved all my mods and plugins to a seperate folder and removed them from the main directory. I also verified the game’s files which afterwards reverted the game to the current patch/version whatever which made my game work. I tried to revert my game back to 3028 and see that doing that causes the game to crash while loading. I know that I may have to use the newest game version from now on but would you know why it crashes when I revert back to 3028?

Probably corrupt game files or sth wrong installed.

Tried a revert to 2944 with all the appropriate files for that version. Had the exact same problem with the crashing and I was wondering if the problem may be indentifiable through this crash log? or is the problem maybe because of a change in the update.rpf files?

The log cannot say where exactly the error is, I can only say its in the mods folder.

Thank you for helping me out with this issue but it has now been resolved using the steps of a Reddit post.
