RPH always stuck on launching game

I installed GTA V , clean install and I downloaded lspdfr setup and ran it but when I launched the game(epic games btw) and ran RPH it gets stuck on launching game. Even when I try launching GTA V with rage it does the same thing. I've tried the antivirus, manual install and newest version of RPH method but none work. I am going to lose my mind. I made a log too. Please help.

Wont work
You need to invoke Rage when you are inside story-mode, and you must have completed story-mode intro-chapter, eg be inside free roaming!

Those are musts
If you DO have that, then the timeout of RAGE

must be 60000.
You cant test now because RAGE is outdated after R* made a game upgrade, so even that could be the reason you did not have any success

I already set it to 60000 from the very start and it didn't work. I fill out all the requirement you told me too.

Questions:
Can you play normal Story-mode?
Where are you in current Story-mode -eg what chapter?

Do you have ANY plugin other that LSPDFR installed or even placed inside your GTA-installation?
Do you have a 100% updated game?
Do you have a LEGIT game?

1. Yes I can
2. I just got Trevor and got to the first Chinese mission and did it
3. No. Fresh install of GTA 5
4. My game is set to auto update and yes it's updated
5. Yes I do. I officially bought the game on Epic Games

Woo this i do not understand. The first mission is a re-procession mission that Trevor and Lamar does for the shady armenian dealer, where you need to deliver 2 sportscars back to the armenian

Trevor and Lamar races the cars, and you attempt to beat Lamar in that race, you do not need to win it, though -But that mission must be finished, and you must be able to enter Trevors home and most important his Garage

That is when you are in free roaming, and can load LSPDFR through RAGE
Whats confuses me is that there are no Chinese present at all

Yea I did that and the mission you told me about fetures Franklin and Lamar not Trevor and Lamar, I did the first mission with racecars and the jewlery store heist too and got Trevor the crazy guy.

I am running out of ideas..
I cant understand what is wrong, what it is that stops you from get LSPDFR up and running.
If only you had some errors -something with a bit of substance, but afaiu LSPDFR just dont start.

Oh... welp that's sad. It's kinda stupid cuz I used to play this and loved it but then I uninstalled GTA V for a long time now it doesn't work.

I resolved the issue by installing GTAV again or by installing LSPDFR after disabeling my antivirus
